365-Day Satisfaction Assurance

We offer a 365-day refund consideration policy to ensure fairness. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you may submit a request within one year of purchase. Each request is carefully reviewed to determine eligibility based on the outlined conditions.

• Order Details (Item Purchased & Price Point)
• Reason for Request

Product Eligibility

Refund requests apply only to digital products priced under $500 per order. Clients enrolled in our one-to-one mentorship program must meet the contractual obligations specified at the time of enrollment before being considered for any refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete required steps or engage with the provided coaching materials.
• Failure to submit progress reports or communicate concerns within the designated timeframes.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes (these result in immediate account termination with no eligibility for refunds).
• Any violation of the Terms of Service, including breach of confidentiality, unauthorized sharing of materials, or defamatory conduct.

Final Decision & Discretion

All refund requests are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Blake Ryan Consulting. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Each case is reviewed individually, and decisions are final and non-negotiable.
